OMG had my Mom bring this to me from New Orleans and fly it back to Fort Worth! We are all gluten free and everyone (even gluten eating friends!) we have shared our heavenly hands king cake with in Fort Worth Texas is asking where they can get this delicious-ness! You would never know it's gluten free. The icing. The amazing taste, and most importantly the doughy moist texture that is hard to come by with a GF king cake is ALL there. Cannot thank you all enough for what you do. Allowing GF people to enjoy the taste and tradition of Mardi Gras without compromise is such a kind and generous gift! Thank you HH bakery!

King cakes absolutely fabulous. Bootlegged 😀 one back to central Texas. Nobody absolutely nobody realized, nor could tell, it was gluten-free.

Amazing GF baked goods. The buttermilk biscuits absolutely blew us away. So delicious and buttery. We tried one and immediately bought a few more. Cookies were super tasty too. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who can’t have gluten and misses it!

My favorite gluten free bakery! I have been to gluten free bakeries in New York, Italy, London etc, nothing compares to Heavenly Hands Bakery in Metairie. This bakery is 100% safe for celiacs. My friends (non gf) actually enjoy the gluten free goodies I bring home from here (which says a lot, most non gluten free people think it's all disgusting). Also, everyone there is so kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been a frequent customer of heavenly hands. I’ve tried their Oreo mousse (which I love and hope they bring back soon!), rice crispy treats, cookies, lemon bars, cakes, and now finally pop tarts! My father and I have been diagnosed celiac for 10 years and the one thing we have been craving all this time was pop tarts. We’ve tried a few store bought gluten free versions, but nothing compares or even comes close. And then we found heavenly hands. These pop tarts not only capture the nostalgia, but also transforms the store bought classic into a perfectly gourmet treat. And the icing on the cake (or pop tart) is that it’s even better than the original!!!!! If you’re questioning whether or not you want to give this bakery a try, DO IT! Especially if you are limited to a strictly gluten free diet. Even if you aren’t, their confections are delicious for ALL! my gluten-eating family members and boyfriend love this bakery as much as my dad and I do. I cannot express enough what this bakery means to me. You can taste the love, the care, and the hard work that goes into every delicious baked good. In a city like New Orleans, navigating celiac disease is nearly impossible. But a bakery like this one opens up my world just a little bit and it feels and tastes like hope.
