Hotel in the center of Selva, a mix of modern style and classic mountain design. I tried the restaurant for dinner and 95% of the dishes are available gluten-free, as it is a certified locale. A "must-have" if you're passing through Selva.

We went with the family to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and lovely. One of our party had wheat and dairy intolerances and that wasn't a problem. A surprise was that we were offered the private dining room for dinner which made my husband's birthday very special. Nothing was a problem - they were all delightful. The rooms were gorgeous and the food was exceptional. There were so much on offer at breakfast! We would recommend this hotel very highly. Thank you for our stay.

Great restaurant. Almost the entire menu is tailored for dietary intolerances, but not at the expense of taste. Truly good deer.
