the café restaurant in the center of the upper town where you can find gluten-free crêpes and galettes, they are very knowledgeable and friendly! something rare in Corsica!

Omg! Gluten free authentic Corsican crepes; delicious! We are Americans, the waitress was super friendly and brought us an ipad with the menu in English. The food was ready quickly and OMG were they delicious! They even came with a side salad of lettuce that was so crunchy and delicious, that I think they picked it from a garden and then served it to us. Another employee came out and insisted on extending the awning as the sun was getting strong. Prices were great too! Highly recommend this place!
