Mükellef Karaköy is a great choice for gluten-free dining in Istanbul. Although they didn't offer gluten-free bread, I was pleasantly surprised by how many naturally gluten-free options were available. There was a wide selection of delicious meze, as well as excellent meat and fish dishes, so I never felt limited. What really stood out was the staff's knowledge and confidence in accommodating coeliac disease. They understood the dietary requirements, guided me through the menu, and made me feel comfortable throughout the meal. If you're visiting Istanbul and looking for a restaurant with great Turkish food and a team that takes gluten-free dining seriously, Mükellef Karaköy is definitely worth a visit.
