Finally a gluten-free place in Silvi Marina! It recently opened: excellent fresh bread and sweets, and they accommodate specific intolerance requests. The dark flour bread is my favorite, and they also make hot dishes for lunch.

Our bread paradise: fresh pizzas, calzones, and for dessert, a wide variety of gluten- and lactose-free cakes, biscuits, and croissants. You can also request cakes and desserts free of gluten, milk protein, and nickel. For lunch, they serve delicious first courses and fried foods. The gluten-free fried foods offer crispy, fresh fish, and excellent service. They are extremely attentive to cross-contamination and customer needs, even when they are unusual. Special people. Products are gluten-free, and almost everything is lactose-free. We really liked the rice-flour bread. They pay great attention to cleanliness. Highly recommended 👍😍

We regularly visit family in Silvi and finding this gem is great! We can now walk to a dedicated gluten free bakery for freshly made produce! The staff are very accommodating and while all products are gluten free and lactose free we also need totally dairy free. They take food intolerances and allergies very seriously. They offered to make some pastries for us for another day that meet this requirement. We can't wait to go back! Today we took pizza rossa and fresh pane... Very yummy!
