we were hesitant to try but had a very pleasant experience at solis! our gluten-free friend was over the moon with the amount of options and variety she was able to eat on the menu, especially to be able to try spanish tapas alongside the rest of the group! everything was very tasty and came out very quick, and a perfect amount to share between the six of us! the fish was very fresh and the asian twist on the spanish tapas was also a fun addition! no booking needed, they had space for 6 of us for dinner!

We heard about this place before we arrived in C.Adeje. It did not disappoint. We came twice, once for chilled night time cocktails sitting in the gorgeous swingy chairs. Then for dinner, sharing 4 dishes as a couple (recommended amounts but you could do 3 dishes for 2 pers) 1 of us is coeliac (GF) so the fact all dishes are created without gluten, yet with glorious, Asian influenced modern tapas style is delicious. Recommend: crispy beef, truffle chips & margaritas. A lovely vibe here. They even put connect 4 games out on the tables in the day for some fun. The lovely guy called Steve who welcomes you and seats you is a true shining star.!

The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome. Lots of choice and being all gluten free is just amazing. Good atmosphere. The tuna tartar was the best thing I've ever eaten
