A delight for the eyes and the palate. Truly enchanting! A completely gluten-free pastry shop that is also lactose-free. They are attentive to other dietary needs upon request. They also have fresh gluten-free bread, pizza/baguette, and a sandwich for a savory lunch. Very accommodating and kind. Even though it is primarily a workshop, it is possible to consume on-site for individuals.

We visited this fantastic bakery today and were astonished by the taste and quality of the amazing gluten free cakes and biscuits. We tried four different cakes and each was as wonderful as the last. This baker is truly a magician.

What a wonderful experience, both in terms of the quality of the products and the friendliness of the manager. Gluten-free baking is tricky, but she managed to find the right balance for excellent pastries. The same goes for the bread, probably the best my daughter has ever eaten. We're hoping for a quick location here in Toulouse—why not? Thanks again for the warm welcome.

We ordered a simple cake for our daughter's first birthday. We're not gluten intolerant, but we wanted to try something different, and it was a real success! The number cake, in the style of a strawberry shortcake, was incredibly light and tasted exactly like a traditional strawberry shortcake. Absolutely perfect! We'll definitely be ordering again for our future events. A huge thank you for your professionalism and kindness.

Delicious gluten free cakes, light and tasty. I highly recommend, it was for me the first real pastry shop with 0 gluten I've seen. If you are celiac or have any other gluten intolerance or digestive issues. This is your place to go.
