Traditional Romanian locale, one of the few restaurants where I was prepared and informed about gluten-free options. Before ordering, they brought me jumari, which I was told were pure and cooked separately. Then I had an amazing Ciorba with meatballs, and the sarmale were also delicious (which I requested without polenta because it was contaminated).
