I bought two mini pizzas for a sleepover at home. One of my daughter's friends is celiac, and I wanted everyone to eat the same thing. Unfortunately, I found a hair embedded in the dough of one of the pizzas. I went back this morning. I waited until there were no other customers to explain the situation and avoid an awkward moment, but instead, I was met with an unpleasant response: "Take another pizza," as if I wanted to find another hair. Besides, my family doesn't consume gluten-free products. The other solution was, "We'll take your number and contact you later (sometime), sure," as if I were going to go back again for 4,000 pesos. What a wonderful customer service experience! A simple "Oh, sorry, we're human beings, here's your money," and "Goodbye" would have sufficed. Instead, after a call to I don't know who, I left with a consolation prize of three pastries (what a pittance, perhaps it was in honor of Brandoni) that we don't eat and a horrible feeling but one that I had to be grateful for because it exceeded the value of the pizzas by $600.

It's the first place we found where the Arabic breads are delicious and moist. 🫶🏻 The crumble is also delicious. Great atmosphere, and the girl at the GC branch is very friendly.

Excellent option for celiacs, everything is delicious and made with great care. The cakes were incredible 🤩. The staff is amazing, always so friendly. It's a pleasure to come here! ❤️

It's amazing that there are more gluten-free places. The food is delicious; I've tried the pastries, bread, breaded cutlets, and pasta... all exquisite. But unfortunately, my rating is lowered because of the poor service. They ignore you, don't answer your questions properly, serve you in a rush, and barely look at you or speak to you. It's a real shame because everything else is excellent; it's just the service that's so disappointing. I hope they can improve it.
