An excellent culinary experience, especially for those seeking gluten-free options. The care taken in preparation, the quality of the ingredients, and the dedication to preventing cross-contamination are evident. Everything is delicious and fresh, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.

A very good option, as there are few gluten-free choices. The place is well located, has parking, and is cozy. The service is very good, although it seems a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. The bakery/pastry shop is good, though not particularly innovative. The products are generally very interesting, although I think some could be improved. There's a good variety. Perhaps they would add a few more savory options. I recommend the cinnamon roll and the chipas. The prices are average.

I really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was modern and welcoming, with colors that encourage group conversation. It had both indoor and outdoor space.

It's fantastic to have a bar designed for those of us who have decided to go gluten-free, and for people with celiac disease! Excellent, Villeco! 💪🏻
