I must highlight the quality of the products, and I haven't even tried everything yet! The croissants are flawless; they're tastier than the ones with gluten. The rest of the products look excellent! I'll definitely be going to get them soon 😃

The Easter bread was disappointing. Considering how well they handle yeast dough for their pastries and pizzas, I had higher expectations, and it was a fiasco. Since I couldn't pick it up myself and my sister went, they gave her a sealed package without the cookie. Besides the fact that it was ordered for a specific day, as the person who served me told me, it was clearly not fresh. Dry and bland.

I ordered twice through PedidosYa and both times they forgot to send me something. It's still good, but they always send it wrong. The last time I had to pay a little extra to get it delivered.

I ordered a ham and cheese toastie through Mercado Pago for delivery. Five minutes later, they canceled it. According to Mercado Pago, "the restaurant canceled your order." Of the 11,000 pesos (including the toastie, Mercado Pago service, and delivery), they only refunded me 1,500 pesos. Meanwhile, I ordered two empanadas because I thought they had canceled due to the toastie not being available. The empanadas arrived fine. I never received a full refund. I contacted the restaurant via WhatsApp, explaining everything and sending screenshots of the refunded amount, which specifically states "partial refund." They told me to file a claim with Mercado Pago. Apparently, a customer isn't worth 9,000 pesos. Regardless of whether it's their fault or Mercado Pago's, they are responsible. You have to fix it and save the customer. Terrible service. And the empanadas were 6,000 pesos each... well...

Hello! I'm giving them one star because it took them 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver my order. But mostly because I ordered two croissants, a pastry, a dulce de leche pastry, and some chips. It cost $21,700 and the pastries arrived all mixed together, with the dulce de leche spilled in the bag. Not even a separator or plastic wrap. A disgrace.
