I was really disappointed in this place. I have traveled around the world trying many different gluten free pastries and doughs and considering the many 5 star reviews for this place I was really excited. When we came in there was one other person inside and it took at least ten minutes before the server came to greet us. She was the only person working there. The pastries looked beautiful but were a little tough and lacked in flavor. We ordered tarta, pizza, an empanada and torta so we could sample a variety. I also ordered facturas to go for maté later. The pizza was okay though it was difficult to cut as the dough was tough. The ham and cheese tarta was the best tasting item we ordered. The edges were too tough to eat though. The tuna tarta lacked flavor and was not very exciting but the worst part was that the bottom was completely burnt and black! I can’t believe they were okay with serving that! I brought it up with her and she didn’t do anything about it. The empanada was way too salty and again the dough was tough. We tried the torta in hopes to redeem the place and it was very sweet and the crust was okay but I would not order it again as I have had much better ones. The facturas did not have the nice rolled laminated dough of medialunas of normal facturas (which is possible with gluten free ones as I’ve had them in Jujuy from Meraki) rather they were more like biscuits and dense without any sweetness. I was excited to get filled ones but they lacked flavor and I didn’t want to eat more after the first bite. I am glad there is a safe gluten free place in the center to grab lunch and facturas if you are celiac, I just wish they tasted better. Go to Luben for pastries and breads as they have delicious buns and outstanding tortas. Hopefully the bakers at AC will develop their recipes more to offer more satisfying and yummy options.

ACsinTACC is an excellent place to go for breakfast, lunch, an afternoon snack, or dinner! They have all kinds of products, both sweet and savory: pastries, sweet doughs, cookies, croissants, criollos (a type of Venezuelan pastry), breads, sandwiches, empanadas and dough for making them, pizzas and pre-made pizza bases, lomitos (steak sandwiches), lomopizza (steak pizza), and more! They have exquisite flavor, especially the cakes and tarts; my favorite is the lemon pie 😍. The service is very good, and the prices are similar to any other place that sells gluten-free food. Given their wide variety, it's very convenient and highly recommended to shop there!
