Since being diagnosed with gluten intolerance some time ago, I thought I'd never again enjoy the flavors we're used to from traditional cuisine when buying prepared dishes. I was wrong. I hadn't tried Lo de Jacinto's gluten-free empanadas and pizzas. Nothing about those recipes is missing. On the contrary, the food is healthy and delicious. Every month I go and buy supplies for my freezer so that when the non-celiacs at home order pizza or empanadas, I already have mine ready. They also have delicious pasta, tarts, and lasagna. You can take it frozen or they'll heat it up there. They're a lifesaver.
