Delicious coffee and the products they offer are a 10/10! The pistachio cookie was amazing. They also have lots of promotions; it's truly a lovely and pleasant place with excellent service.

I was skeptical about the ham and cheese sandwich because of the comments. It turns out that the nice lady suggested to toast it and added chips for free. She even let me eat inside, that day the weather was so hot and humid outside. The bread was good but it's true that the cheese is tasteless. I was really disappointed about the crumble though, the taste and texture were so so. Then I went there again few days later for a second try and I bought a pastry. No idea how it's called, but it was nice.

It's unbelievable how unprofessional they are! I ordered a red velvet cake for a birthday party on Saturday, February 22nd, at noon. They delivered the cake BY MOTORCYCLE around 12:30 pm in 40-degree heat. The cake arrived ruined, completely unacceptable for the birthday celebration. I told them what happened, and they just wasted my time, further ruining the occasion, and blamed the delivery driver they themselves had chosen. They made him refund the delivery fee and then expected me to return the cake so the driver could take it back on his motorcycle in that heat to "remake it," and I would have to send an Uber to pick it up. I refused, because the cake would break the cold chain again for them to remake it, and I risked not having any cakes on time. I told them I would only return the damaged cake in exchange for a new one in perfect condition, which they finally agreed to after much back and forth. They finally changed their minds and told me they wouldn't make a new one unless I sent back the one I had. I spent almost an hour exchanging messages without any solution, since they wouldn't even refund part of what I paid. They don't understand customer service, food hygiene, their obligations as suppliers, or consumer rights. They are unaware of the provisions of the national food code and food safety regulations, which prohibit breaking the cold chain for refrigerated products, as well as their return once delivered to the customer, since this can lead to foodborne illnesses that are dangerous for the consumer. They made me waste money, time, and energy, in exchange for an unacceptable birthday cake. It's a shame that one has to resort to Consumer Protection because they refuse to provide a viable solution.

A paradise for those with a sweet tooth who are celiac! A beautiful place to buy delicious and generous cakes; there's something for everyone. I'm celiac and I've eaten cakes in many places, but nowhere are they as delicious and plentiful as here! I highly recommend Rogel—it's the best! The ready-to-go squares are also delicious; they sell slices and whole cakes. They also have some savory items and bread. There's an area outside where you can sit and enjoy a coffee and something tasty. I highly recommend it; I'm a regular customer!
