Raiano for gluten-free is a town to discover. I stayed for a week and had dinner three times at Lo Chalet because both in the restaurant and pizzeria menu there were gluten-free options. The arrosticini and sausages were excellent, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. I recommend the mixed bruschetta as an appetizer with truffle, tomato, mozzarella, and oil. Maximum safety! Zero contamination issues.
