At Café Lavanda in Marburg, there are excellent options for a gluten-free breakfast or brunch, gluten-free ice cream, and plant-based alternatives. The charming café in Marburg’s upper town features a very modern, vegan-friendly concept. I have breakfasted at Lavanda several times, trying a different dish each time, prepared with gluten-free baked goods from Schär. Simply delicious and beautifully presented with great attention to detail.
