I have no words to describe the irresponsibility and thoughtlessness shown last night by the people working in this pub. Two of my friends ordered two lactose-free pizzas as they are both intolerant, but when the waitress brought our orders to the table, there was only one lactose-free pizza, while the second was passed off as such just to avoid making another one. Unfortunately, the only lactose-free pizza ended up, due to a mistake, in the hands of another friend of mine who is NOT lactose intolerant, while the fake one was shared by my two intolerant friends. Needless to say, both felt very ill a few hours later, with one of them, who had just come out of a hospital stay a week ago, experiencing a relapse. The only words I feel compelled to say at this point are that this was the first and last time we set foot in this place.

Last night, my friends and I decided to stop at this pub to eat something. When it was time to order, my friend and I, both lactose intolerant, ordered two lactose-free pizzas. When our pizzas arrived, the confused waitress told us that we hadn't talked about two lactose-free pizzas at all, only one. So she went back, and then returned to us a few moments later with the same pizza, telling us that it was actually lactose-free. A few hours later, my friend and I both felt REALLY AWFUL. We were unwell all night and the entire next day. I kept vomiting, while he continued to have severe stomach cramps. I am truly at a loss for words regarding the strong INDIFFERENCE shown by both the waitress and the person who prepared the pizza.
