Yesterday I bought a whole Margherita pizza; in the center, the dough was completely raw. I had also asked if it should be heated in the oven, but I was told no, that it was cooked. The slice of Barese focaccia, on the other hand, was an indigestible brick. Something has definitely changed because everything was different until some time ago. Anyway, don't have any Easter sweets for us on Easter Saturday!!! Never again, thanks.
