Don't be prejudiced, over thirty years of experience make for good pizza even in the North ;) : including gluten-free options, spelt dough available and ... the legendary speck, which reigns here ;) courtesy is excellent too, don't take this for granted... (The only downside is they don't have strudel ^.^")
