I went there twice with some of my friends on Saturday night, and both times I had a terrible experience. Let's start with the rude employees who use harsh tones with kids. The first time I placed a takeout order because there was no space to sit. One of my friends, who is diabetic, needed to take her insulin, so we asked how long it would take and they responded rudely, saying we had to wait for the numbers without even giving us a clear answer. At that point, my friend, thinking it wouldn't take long, goes to the bathroom (a tiny, dirty bathroom with a door that doesn’t close). I help her by holding her bag, jacket, and keeping the door closed with two other friends waiting nearby (outside the bathroom). In less than two minutes, a man tells us to leave, saying we couldn't stay there and that we were too many (two in the bathroom and two outside, apparently we were too many 😂). The two outside left, and I explained that I had to hold the door and her stuff because there was no space, and he responds, "Well, she can take her insulin at home now, get out," but does this seem normal to you? To a 13-year-old girl who needs to take her insulin? I don’t think that’s professional behavior for an adult, especially since apparently an ignorant person doesn’t know that she needs to take it half an hour before eating, or else it won’t work. But fine, we let that pass and continue with the evening. Apart from the fact that we waited two hours, from 8 to 10 PM, during which we managed to get a table, I got the food (which, as I said at the beginning, we ordered for takeout since there was no space), and the man came over and scolded us for ordering takeout while sitting down. At that point, I stood up and argued with him because after waiting two hours, he just had to be quiet; both he and the lady at the counter had unique rudeness. In the end, I sat down, we ate, and the sandwiches had hairs in them and the chicken wings were cold. I have never had a similar experience before. I went back this Saturday, again with the same people, and this time I was with others of my age. We sat down after ordering, and there literally were no tables and chairs, a maximum of three people could fit at a table. Well, this time we were calm and played until the food came out. Nightmare hotdogs. Dry, cold, raw inside, with disgusting sauces put haphazardly. My friend got ketchup on him, went to the counter to ask for a napkin, and they replied that they had no napkins. A pub that has no napkins? Is that normal? And then the hygiene issue, disgusting, you work touching my food and you don’t have a napkin? Then my friend asked to go to the bathroom to wash his hands, and they said it was broken. Oh my God, you don't have napkins or a clean bathroom, but then you make us wait an hour for a raw hotdog. Then it was time for the sandwiches; we couldn't find the number, and the lady said she wouldn't give us anything until she saw it. Please, you put eight sandwiches in the order, and we ordered them from you; if it’s not our order, what should it be? So it was practically another struggle for a sandwich. We got it, the meat was still cold and hard, and the bread, let's not talk about it, “mozzarella” was frozen. One of my friends was watching while they were making the sandwich, and the guy at the counter said, "Oh, but you wanted mozzarella, you wanted cheddar? Okay," with all the dirty hands that had just touched the glass, he took out a piece of cheddar and put it in. Disgusting, really disgusting. I want to clarify that after us, some elderly ladies arrived, and they were given the sandwich in two minutes, and they were treated kindly. I really don’t understand why they treat us badly because we're kids but treat adults well. What professional behavior, really. Additionally, when we asked for a dessert, they didn’t have change; come on, Saturday night, you don’t have change for 5 euros... this is pathetic. If I go there again, it’s just for my celiac friend; that said, I don't recommend it at all.

Great choice of sandwiches, even in gluten-free versions that are practically identical to the 'normal' ones, quality ingredients, and the ability to customize dishes! A bit pricey, but it's worth it!
