There’s little to say, Umberto is a reference point among restaurants that offer gluten-free options (practically the entire menu is available gluten-free). The pizzas are excellent and the staff is very friendly.

We went back 2 times in 3 days. We wanted to try the pasta cacio e pepe and the Italian fried food again, which are superb. The first time I tasted the pasta with potatoes, provola, and sausage, which was delicious (I recommend letting it cool down a bit to savor it better), the second time I ate the ziti with genovese, also very delicious, with very tender meat. All in a simple yet well-kept environment, with friendly and attentive staff. Price appropriate for the quality. Heartfelt restaurant in Naples. Certified for celiacs!!

I ate last night for the second time at this pizzeria in Naples where you find a welcoming environment and attentive and friendly staff. The gluten-free Italian batter was good and crispy, for the pizza I chose a ham and arugula with shavings and a rose and pistachio to taste two flavors, the ingredients were of excellent quality, but I found the dough of the pizza a bit heavy and thick. Overall, a great place to eat.

Very good gluten-free pizzas. The dough is incredible and resembles regular dough a lot. We ordered the DOP and the ancient Naples which we shared. As an appetizer, there was also the option to get gluten-free fried food to share! Excellent! For dessert, they also suggested gluten-free Neapolitan pastiera! A marvel! They pay a lot of attention to allergies! Thank you very much 😍

Excellent excellent excellent! Fantastic pizza and gluten-free fried appetizer (especially the arancina). Friendly and kind staff and honest prices. P.S. The peach and ricotta cake is fantastic; the only problem was finding space in my stomach.

It's the place of the heart. I first went there on July 5, 2004, when they took me there as soon as I arrived in Campania, and since then, whenever I want to eat well in an elegant and economical place, I go to eat at Umberto. I found a truly classy environment. Excellent cuisine, great gluten-free dishes, highly qualified staff, and superb management. You cannot say you have been to Naples if you haven't had lunch or dinner at Umberto at least once.
