I would like to point out that they confused my gluten-free dish with the dish containing gluten pasta, placing the gluten-free flag in the wrong plate. Unfortunately, I realized this after having eaten the pasta with gluten, and none of the staff noticed the mistake while looking at the plates (which are visibly different)!!

The food is quite good, I believe it is the only AIC certified restaurant in the area. The menu is almost entirely available in a gluten-free version, and the prices are relatively affordable. Additionally, it is worth noting that gluten-free dishes are priced the same as the other options.

I note that they confused the gluten-free dish with the gluten pasta dish, placing the gluten-free flag in the wrong plate. Unfortunately, I realized it only after eating the gluten pasta, only because I noticed it was homemade pasta (unlikely for gluten-free pasta). The staff didn’t notice anything, I had to report the mistake myself after eating it!!

In no pizzeria have I been served with such great attention to the customer. They even have versions of pizza for celiacs and lactose intolerant. Applause!

Certainly the best gluten-free pizza in Sabina. Even my vegan partner has never had trouble finding a suitable menu. I definitely recommend trying it if you meet in Poggio.

I have been frequenting this restaurant for several years; it is my gluten-free reference point in Sabina. When I go to dinner with my wife, I am relaxed and enjoy the meal because she, being intolerant, can ask for and eat whatever she wants with complete peace of mind... Fish, pasta, pizza, desserts, whatever she wants! Consequently, I am also relaxed and can enjoy a pizza in peace (they are quite big here!!) I highly recommend it.
