A very varied gluten-free menu, very good pizza. It is always preferable to make a reservation, especially on weekends, when there is a lot of confusion. Management and timing, as well as staff coordination, could be improved.

I had a pizza with Norcia sausage, but in reality, there is no trace of the topping. Probably, the sausage stayed in Norcia. We also had a gluten-free pizza with the same topping, which was unfortunately almost absent. The exposed 'francesine', on the other hand, were well seasoned. Poor quantity/price ratio.

Every time I go to Trani, I always stop at Pizzeria Bovio; excellent products, everything is delicious, and they also make gluten-free options.

Staff treats customers with condescension and false kindness. Mistakes during the ordering phase are attributed to the customer instead of their lack of professionalism. Waiting for the pre-ordered pizzas to cool down because they make you wait in the line of people at the counter... I book a pizza... I show up at the requested time, but the pizza was not on the reservation list... I'm told that the "pizza in question" was booked for a different time (an hour later, meaning the time they could actually slot it in because it hadn’t been entered when I called... about 2 hours earlier) when I express my dissent the lady ignores me and asks other customers what they wanted. Customers should be treated with kindness and professionalism, which is lacking in this pizzeria. There is another pizzeria (Civico N.10) 100 meters away that offers gluten-free options, go there as I did and will continue to do from now on...

Really great gluten-free pizza. It's rare to find pizzerias that personally handle gluten-free dough. The place is cozy and the decor is well-curated. My compliments.

Guys, I'm from Naples and I can assure you that the pizza is excellent... Basically, we always order takeout from there and the selection is really good. The panzerotti and others are also great. Of course, I have tried 6 pizzerias in the area, not all of those in Trani, but I can say I'm more than satisfied. If you're looking for the typical Neapolitan pizza and you’re Neapolitan, you certainly won’t find it in Trani, but I repeat, I will also try others around and will update you... If you are tourists, it wouldn't even make sense to eat a pizza here in Puglia, which has many other typical and good products. But it is well-known that even though it is typically Neapolitan, it is not easy to reproduce... a bit like trying to find barese focaccia in Naples... So well done guys... efficient, quick, competent, and kind...

Excellent products, but unfortunately the service is not the best; in fact, the waiting times are very, very long, and even ordering in advance does not help. I reiterate that the food is some of the best in Trani, but it has this major flaw.

Cortesi, very good gluten-free food and even the rest with gluten was very, very tasty. If you want to spend little and enjoy some good pizzas, panzerotti, calzones, and focaccia, this is the right place. Five of us with drinks for 25 euros!

GLUTEN-FREE FOODS THAT LEAVE YOU SPEECHLESS. First time in this amazing pizzeria, and I was pleasantly surprised. I tasted a fried panzerotto and with the first bite, memories of childhood and all the panzerotti eaten before cutting out gluten came back to me; it had been a while since I had one so good. Later, the pizza was the real revelation. It's common to find yourself eating frozen bases that are far from being pizza. This was not the case. I believe the quality/price ratio is excellent. The cherry on top was discovering that the pizzeria did not charge any extra for the gluten-free base, and it’s the first time that happened. It's fair to say that humility and simplicity sometimes pay off more than anything else. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO THOSE WHO ARE GLUTEN INTOLERANT.

Fried pizzas and panzerotti are my favorites; you have to try them to believe it. You don't pay for the cover charge because there's no table service, but there are plenty of seats available.

A fantastic place to eat focaccia and panzerotti😋😋😋 also made with different flours in addition to a variety of fillings. Typical and welcoming location, truly competent owners who are obviously passionate about their work. Absolutely not to be missed.

During the summer when I come down to Trani, I often get takeout! It's simply spectacular... There is a wide choice of 'francesine', 'panzerotti', pizzas, and other delicacies! There is food for vegetarians and celiacs. The place is characteristic and is equipped with an indoor dining area and outdoor tables. It's really great for a snack or a dinner with friends, family, etc. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting this wonderful city and wanting to taste typical street food! The owners are always very kind and friendly! Highly recommended!!!!!!!
