Pizzas and other gluten-free options. They do not have a separate kitchen, but they pay attention with procedures (the owner’s son is celiac). The pizza base is not made by them, but it's a ready-made base that they fill. Unfortunately, we did not like the base (especially the sauce). Very kind staff.

Pizzeria/restaurant/sandwich shop with wide availability even gluten-free for all types of cuisine: from pizzas (with a base not made by them, but produced by a local workshop), to pasta, to "culurgiones", "seadas", sandwiches, fries and desserts. Staff sensitive to the subject of "celiac disease", kind and helpful, specified that they do not have double spaces, but they make the necessary precautions in the kitchen (baskets and fryer set apart, etc.), knowing celiac disease closely. Modest and nice place with indoor and outdoor seating (in summer) and pleasant atmosphere. Negative aspect: the surcharge of €4 for gluten-free pizzas is definitely excessive.

The pizza was simply divine, cooked just right and with fresh, high-quality ingredients. But not just the pizza was the highlight of this experience: the service was impeccable! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and meet our requests, given that we both have intolerances. The environment was welcoming and homey, perfect for an evening with family or friends. A place I highly recommend to everyone! I will definitely return!

We booked at this place precisely to enjoy characteristic dishes in the gluten-free variant, such as culurgiones and seadas. Everything was very good. The venue is spacious with the option to sit outside on the main street. The staff is available and dynamic, but if it’s very crowded, there might be a bit of a wait to order and consume. The price might be slightly above average. Reservation is recommended.

So... We were in Tortolì for a short vacation to enjoy our sea and savor the air and flavors of our land, and thank goodness we were fortunate to find all this in your restaurant. Dinner on August 15: calzone without mushrooms and another one gluten-free with lactose-free mozzarella and Sardinian sausage. My calzone was truly exceptional, a delight for my palate and my mind, light, well-seasoned, well-cooked, in short, TOP TOP TOP. The gluten-free pizza, according to my companion, had a light crust, super well-dressed, and you could tell the sausage was homemade, not industrial. To complete the dinner, we had gluten-free sebadas but with lactose and two small glasses of fil'e ferru, which were also artisanal and absolutely delicious. Lunch on the 16th (today), we had 2 sandwiches with sheep purpuzza, cherry tomatoes, and pecorino, one of which was with gluten-free and lactose-free bread. This time, both were truly good, and to complete lunch, we added another sebadas. The staff was truly polite, courteous, friendly, and ready to help with food intolerances. I can only recommend going and eating in this beautiful place, for so many reasons. SINCERE COMPLIMENTS!!!

Very kind and helpful staff. Quick and very professional service. I had a pizza: I count it among the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The whole table was enthusiastic, even those who had the first courses. The desserts were no less! Delicious! And if you're CELIAC, this place is for you! My celiac dining companion received a lot of attention and said she ate very well.

We ate very well, courteous and knowledgeable staff for gluten-free and lactose-free/dairy products in general. Informal but nice place, the only flaw for which I don't give 5 stars is the service a bit slow. Definitely recommended anyway. The desserts looked fantastic and were good value for money.
