As a celiac, I say that it is NOT AT ALL suitable for celiacs! Absolute contamination.

The pizza is good, even the gluten-free one! Very nice and kind staff. I am celiac and the owner took the time to explain how he works in the kitchen to avoid contamination between the different doughs. Fantastic!
