Positive experience at the Carpe Diem pizzeria in Giugliano. A recommended place for celiacs like me, they have a dedicated oven. They make gluten-free fried food and also have desserts and, of course, pizza. I am amazed by the goodness of the gluten-free pizza, one of the best I've ever eaten, a light and flavorful dough. The bufalina and the croquettes filled with mozzarella, just the way we like them, are GLUTEN FREE, while the diavola contains gluten. Anyway, worth a try.
