Oven King Pizzeria in Somma Vesuviana offers a well-kept environment and friendly staff, with particular attention to celiacs thanks to the owner who knows this reality well. The gluten-free fried foods are very tasty, and the gluten-free dough is among the best.

We celebrated my grandmother's birthday here last night. We had a great time. The staff is really friendly, they are all good people. The food is excellent. There is a great selection of fried foods and the pizzas are fantastic. They also have gluten-free and lactose-free options, which is not a small thing. They are very careful about contamination; they have a separate oven and area for intolerances. We will definitely come back. I recommend it...

We went to Oven King for pizza among friends, including one with celiac disease, thanks to a TikTok post promoting a pizza menu at €13, also gluten-free. Indeed, I must say we were completely satisfied. The gluten-free tronchetto was delicious, and the pizzas were made to perfection. The seaweed croquettes and fritters with provola and peas were perfect. French fries with sausages and a drink of choice among cola, beer, water, and Fanta. Included in the €13 was dessert, although a small portion. The staff was very polite and helpful. The venue was well-kept with a big screen, featuring a European Championship match at the time. Extras outside the menu are paid separately. Overall, a recommended pizzeria.

We want to congratulate you, fantastic staff, impeccable hospitality, delicious food, and moreover, the entire menu available gluten-free. Truly, compliments and thank you! We will definitely return often, we felt at home 😄

Splendid place, accurate and clean in every detail. Very good food, excellent flavors from the appetizer (recommended based on Francesco's experience) to the gourmet pizzas and sandwiches, concluding with the desserts, everything is truly exceptional. Sublime hospitality and very friendly and available staff, they make you feel at home.... Oh, I almost forgot, the entire menu is also and especially gluten-free, it's hard to believe because there is no difference either in appearance or taste. I highly recommend it for both families and young people.

We couldn't take pictures of the pizzas because they looked really delicious, both the gluten and gluten-free ones. The same goes for the fried food and dessert, which we just managed to photograph a little 😂 If you're looking to eat well, both with gluten and without, I recommend this pizzeria.

Location is ugly, the venue even uglier, service occasionally acceptable, pizza, including gluten-free, is excellent, appetizer suggested by the waiter was good but really scarce. It was so poor that we had to share two croquettes among five people. One last negative note: the fridge shelves were full of 2-liter drinks, not available for table service, only for parties, as stated by the waiter. In conclusion, if you want a pizza to take away, I highly recommend Oven King Pizzeria; personally, I wouldn’t return to spend an evening here. Price is normal.

I have been eating gluten-free and lactose-free pizza from you for a few years... Every time I find it more amazing 😋 Spectacular, everything is excellent.

The location is very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful, of course, these are the things you first notice in a place where you enter for the first time. I must be honest, my wife, who is celiac, often cannot order fried foods or fried pizza in other places; here it was possible, and it was a very beautiful and serene family sharing moment that we usually can only experience within the walls of our home. The fried items and the pizzas we ordered, with and without gluten, far exceeded our expectations; everything was delicious and unique. Thank you for everything, and we will definitely return to spend another wonderful evening.

Finally, a place to eat gluten-free pizza and sandwiches that meets expectations. Soft and well-topped pizza, exceptional frittata. The gluten-free craft beer is also definitely excellent. Attentive and kind staff. Highly recommended 😊

Renewed locale, very modern. Three wood-fired ovens, one dedicated to coeliacs, fantastic. Excellent pizza, great and light dough, quality ingredients. The owner and staff are polite, courteous, and cheerful. Highly recommended.

Everything is great. The dishes and entrees are fantastic. The pizza is the best. Everything is strictly gluten-free.

The gluten-free dough was great, one of the best I've ever had, but the pizza was a bit undercooked in the center and burnt on the edges. The fried food was good too. The hamburger was raw. Frozen desserts, served at the table still frozen. Short waiting times. Honest prices. But for me, it's a NO. Maybe because it was Saturday night, but it was chaotic. The room was full, and the tables were too close together. Completely wrong at a time like this. Tremendous confusion. A lot of goodwill from the staff, who unfortunately couldn't get anything right! They kept serving the dishes to the wrong tables. However, they were friendly and very helpful.

Pizzeria oven king, I have heard very good things about it, so I decided to try it. The place is well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the owner is gluten intolerant, which is an advantage for us gluten intolerant people because he understands this reality well. They also make gluten-free sandwiches. The pizza in the photo has gluten because unfortunately, they had run out of the gluten-free option, but the two fried dishes—one gourmet that includes cacio e pepe chips, croquettes with mortadella, pistachio cream, and crushed pistachios with arancini. The other was a regular fried dish, but both are GLUTEN FREE and very tasty.

The gluten-free dough is well made, but you need to pay more attention to the cooking; shake the flour better, maybe use a hotter stone, and cook it more towards the mouth of the oven. The ingredients are average, unfortunately, the arugula wasn't very fresh.
