I truly have no words, a completely gluten-free menu from appetizers to dessert. The appetizers are to die for, I've never eaten like this before, and the pizza is just too good, worth going at least once. (of course with a separate oven)

Very nice place, attentive and meticulous service. They make all pizzas gluten-free and lactose-free, and they also have a nice variety of desserts.

First time at Sustable. Compliments first for the differentiation of the menu; dedicated to celiacs, vegans, and lactose intolerant individuals. Very attentive staff in the dining area, all highly smiling and professional. Tastefully decorated venue. The frittatina with friarielli was spectacular. Chapter on pizza; very light dough with just the right amount of salt, the famous fiocco pizza is nice but nothing special, in my opinion the secret Margherita is far better. Prices are a bit high compared to the competition, but I obviously recommend everyone to try this experience at least once.
