My wife and I have traveled around the world to take our daughter to visit new places and try new gluten-free culinary experiences. We can certainly say that Master Pasquale Vanelli is the world king of gluten-free pizza. Extraordinary. Who knows, maybe it's not a coincidence that he is near the temple of D10S 💙

The pizza is delicious.. good ingredients, also the appetizers and especially the gluten-free one is top notch, but there is the downside of takeout which slows down the service in the dining room! We waited 1 hour and a quarter last time! They should manage the situation differently!

A pleasant discovery, reported by my coeliac brother-in-law. Finally a place where courtesy and professionalism are prioritized. We ordered 3 classic mixed fried dishes and 1 gluten-free. Three classic pizzas and 1 gluten-free. Everything was of excellent quality, plentiful, and well made. A plus goes to the gluten-free products, which the person who was with us appreciated, considering everything to be top-notch. We will definitely return. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the prices are more than fair; perhaps a little modernization of the place would make it more suitable for the times. Well done!

With a master of gluten-free baking, it's easy to win. Fantastic pizzas, no flaws, perfect fried foods. I will gladly return.
