The pizza was good, friendly staff. We weren't comfortable about the cross-contamination. Same oven for cooking and too much flying flour near the gluten-free pizza.

If... there are no alternatives... pizza baked in a pan but in the oven with the other pizzas. One appreciates the possibility.

A regular appointment. Almost every Wednesday, after apnea, this pizzeria restaurant is the natural destination: a friendly atmosphere, quick but never rushed service, and a kitchen that knows how to be authentic without being trivial. The pizza is excellent, well-prepared in the dough and cooking, with quality ingredients. But the real added value is the genuine attention—not just a declaration—to celiac individuals. Completing the picture is a always kind and cordial staff, capable of making anyone feel comfortable and managing large groups with professionalism and a smile. The caramel candies are also highly appreciated :)

I found the wait for the dishes to be normal for what one can expect on a Sunday lunch in a tourist location. Nothing to complain about the service at our table, but seeing how others were served, I noticed a general disorganization and confusion (the lady at the table behind us did not receive one of her courses at all). I’m sorry to say that, unfortunately, I had one of the worst gluten-free pizzas I have ever tasted: the dough was very poorly stretched (my mother’s had a hole on one side) and was raw inside and burnt on the edge. It was definitely flavorful and I enjoyed it, albeit with a vague sense of discomfort. My father and I ordered the same pizza, with the difference that his dough was normal and mine gluten-free; when it arrived at the table, the waitress had no idea which was which, and she had to ask in the kitchen to find out. This wasn’t too serious a problem since I’m merely gluten intolerant, but having experience with celiac individuals in the family, I know the potential dangers of cross-contamination. This isn’t meant to be a strictly negative review: the staff is friendly and kind and the location is great.
