Awful experience. As a celiac, I clearly specified the need for gluten-free, but the staff was completely unprepared. I ordered a sandwich with chicken cutlet, as the menu says that all sandwiches can be made gluten-free: they brought it to me twice with the hamburger. In the end, instead of apologizing, I was told, "You should know that you can't eat fried food and we don't have the flour." Then maybe it would be wise to inform the customer first and write it correctly on the menu. Two mistakes, no apology, and the bill was paid in full. When disorganization becomes a health issue for the customer, it’s no longer a simple oversight. Never again.
