There is no attention to contamination; yes, the ice cream is gluten-free, but the ice cream tubs are the same ones from which they take the ice cream to put on cones with gluten, and they put it on a gluten-free cone that they charge you one euro extra for. They say, "Yes, yes, I'll get it from a bit higher up," but there are still contaminations. They should take it directly from the lab, which I'm not sure only makes gluten-free ice cream, so there are also contaminations there.
