We arrived as a party of 2 at 2 PM with a reservation, and they gave us a table after 10 minutes of standing where none of the staff acknowledged us. After 5 minutes of sitting, they made us move to another table, terrible organization and too many tables in the place, we were practically in the laps of the neighboring table, feeling visibly uncomfortable. After 30 minutes since we ordered, they finally brought us NATURAL water because we only drink that. Then we ordered a Romagna piadina, which was good. Afterwards, I had a gluten-free piadina, which was extremely dry and hard. I left it there because otherwise, I would have ended up without teeth. The chicken and the prosciutto were anorexic, just like the tomatoes and the mozzarella. We also asked for another bottle of NATURAL water, but we received sparkling instead. By then, I was already quite annoyed not to feel thirsty enough to get up, pay, and leave. Close it down💕
