They don't have gluten-free appetizers. The pizza is full of oil.

Pizzas ordered yesterday because it was the only pizzeria in the area that made gluten-free pizza. They weren't great, which might be acceptable for a DIAVOLA pizza grabbed on the fly in Quarto (while the gluten-free one, which cost almost €10, was really bad, according to my friend). However, I want to emphasize that €8.50 for a diavola is bordering on a complaint. Even in a place on the waterfront of via Caracciolo or in those with more famous names, I've never heard of diavolas at €8.50! Highly not recommended, really out of the question.

Pizzeria with the option of first and second courses (they do not have side dishes on the menu). The 'genovese' was very good even though the portion was not very large. There is a possibility of gluten-free food (pizzas, fried items, and desserts). The gluten-free pizza was spectacular, and we asked multiple times if it was gluten-free since there was no noticeable difference from a regular pizza. The potato croquettes were good but a bit lacking in consistency. The gluten-free tiramisu was excellent. The place is very nice and well-furnished, and the staff is very friendly. The price is average, and the quality of the raw materials is high.

Tonight, a terrible experience at this pizzeria. Ordered 9 margheritas and 1 GLUTEN-FREE MARGHERITA for takeaway. Unfortunately, this establishment completely lacks knowledge about gluten-free food preparation. Even with 2 pizza chefs, the gluten-free ingredients were always contaminated with gluten. If the first chef touched the mozzarella and various toppings with floury hands, the second chef would take the same contaminated mozzarella and toppings for the gluten-free pizza. In response to our complaints, the chef, if I'm not mistaken named Luca, started with unfortunate phrases like "what can I do, I work with flour" or "I'm all messed up" (he only had 7 tickets). If you are celiac and want to feel ill, this is the right pizzeria. In the end, we went to another pizzeria with a dedicated oven for the gluten-free.

The place is elegant with courteous staff, but alas, the gluten-free pizza was a disappointment 😞 I had read the positive reviews and trusted them, but we are very far from the gluten-free pizzas eaten in other places. I suggest the pizzaiolo to revisit his dough and cooking times a bit.

This place, in addition to being beautiful, also has courteous, kind, and professional staff. The gluten-free pizza is wonderful. I have eaten very few truly good ones. I absolutely recommend having a meal there to immerse yourself in elegance and flavors.
