The food is served in single portions in glass, with indications in front if it’s gluten-free or with gluten, but there is a wide choice of gluten-free options (the main courses are all gluten-free). Very friendly staff, beautiful view of Mont Blanc.

We had lunch at the refuge outside with a breathtaking view. Prosciutto and béchamel rolls, cheeses with potatoes, and finally tiramisu. Everything was very good and safe.

At the first high station of the Sky Way Monte Bianco, you'll find a beautiful restaurant that is part of the AFC circuit of AIC (Italian Coeliac Association). There are many gluten-free and lactose-free options, including desserts! If you book, you can also avoid the time limit at Punta Helbronner. I asked the chef, and there are also gluten-free options at the restaurant at Punta Helbronner, but they can't guarantee no contamination. Lunch with a view of the summit of Mont Blanc, gluten-free... AMAZING!!!
