Embarrassing experience. Booked in advance, requested service for celiacs which was confirmed to me. We arrive at the restaurant and it was not equipped for celiacs... 'I should have asked to put aside the things.' We ordered a tuna tartare with buffalo mozzarella and mint. They presented us with a tartare cooked in lemon juice, with melon and fior di latte mozzarella. The waitresses tried to take away our plates while they were still full. We go to pay, no special treatment. Exorbitant price, embarrassing service, disgusting food. Never again. - We are not German tourists who don’t understand anything. We are Ischitani. Being treated like this is worth a complaint.
