For me, the reference sushi place with an à la carte menu. Excellent quality ingredients, a great wine list, a nice venue, and attention to gluten-free options, which is no small detail! Nothing more needs to be said.

Valentine's Day. 2 and a half hours for a sashimi, 2 gunkan, and some onigiri. The onigiri had seared salmon, definitely a new fusion technique that I cannot understand. I strongly advise against it; a sushi a la carte with this quality and service is intolerable.
