I was really disappointed tonight.. I was charged full price for 3 pizzas tonight when there are multiple signs saying buy one, get one free. When I questioned this (after paying) the staff weren't able to explain why I hadn't been charged correctly. The deals offered seem like complete scams and a load of BS. You certainly dont get buy one, get one free. Whichever way you add it up tonight from the prices on their website and on their in store pricelists, the amount I was charged just doesnt make sense when there is a buy one, get one free deal. When talking it through with the guy serving me, he tried to tell me BS and that one pizza I had actually ordered was £24...! How can that be when a large pizza is only £14 I had some respect for the brand before but none now. I wondered afterwards if they were just too busy to give me a refund or were told not to under any circumstances...
