Don’t bother ordering if you’re coeliac. I went in person and was told I had to order online while standing in the store just because it was a gluten-free order – apparently it’s company policy. Fine. But then they didn’t have the fries I’d ordered and swapped them for wedges. I asked if the wedges were gluten free and was told yes… Luckily, I double-checked the allergen info – they’re not. Clearly no proper allergen training, and tbh, if they can’t get that right, I don’t trust that my GF pizza wasn’t rolled in flour. Binned the whole lot.
