I’ve been to Pizza Express many times, but this visit truly stood out thanks to our amazing waitress, Ella. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome — friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. It’s rare to come across someone who can make a simple meal feel special, but Ella absolutely did that. We ordered two pizzas (one gluten free), some dough balls, and halloumi bites — everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. The gluten free pizza was especially impressive — light, crisp, and full of flavour, which isn’t always easy to find. What really made the evening magical was Ella’s warmth and professionalism. She struck the perfect balance between attentive service and letting us relax and enjoy our meal. You could tell she genuinely cared about giving every table a great experience.
