Really great quality of bun! It’s soft and fluffy - totally unassuming it’s gluten-free. The flavor is good and the fries powder mix is also really great! The place is quite small though so it’s only recommended for quick and casual dining. Communication of orders could be better though. We ordered from the table through the QR code, but after waiting for a long time, we found out that our order was assumed to be takeaway/delivery.

Best gluten free smashed burger in Madrid! The gluten free bun is amazing, soft and doesn’t break down. Other ingredients really good and the meat was cooked perfectly. The place is really small but the service is fast, and you can see the kitchen really clean and organized. Menu really small, no alternatives other than smashed burgers and fries.

The burger was good overall, but the place is quite small. Personally, I didn’t really like the slight sweetness of the brioche bun it wasn’t to my taste. Still, the meat was well cooked and the experience was okay.

Very good for gluten free smashed burgers 🍔 meat and bread were both very good. French fries as well. Sheila was very friendly and kind with us. We will definitely be back soon.

I’m celiac so my partner and I went last night to try the burgers. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had gluten free or otherwise. The staff were very friendly and patient with our language barrier (English not Spanish). The food came out very fast. 10/10 we’re going again before we leave Madrid! Not crazy expensive either less than $10 for a burger and $14 for combo with everything. Whether you’re celiac or not you have to try it. (If you are celiac the whole place is gluten free so no risks!)
