The BEST pizza I’ve ever had. And I’m including NY pies and Italy here. The kid that made my Romana Calabrio was on point last night. The base was perfect. Thin, slight crunch, but if char on the edges, right amount of toppings and perfect cook. It held together, cut well and the taste was superb. I’m telling you people! This is a hidden gem of pizza. Forget travelling to Brooklyn for a pie, it’s on your doorstep. Two cocktails for a tenner. Healthy glut of rum in each and a great sorbet. Lime and basil was interesting! But great. The guy and girl that looked after me last night. Thank you both. All in all recommended.
