J'adore cet endroit !! Tout ici a un goût exquis. C'est tellement libérateur de pouvoir manger des produits de boulangerie sans gluten qui ne s'effritent pas. Si vous ne saviez pas qu'ils étaient sans gluten, vous ne remarqueriez pas de différence ! Chaque cupcake est léger et moelleux avec l'équilibre parfait de glaçage. Et la focaccia est si savoureuse - c'est du végan et du sans gluten fait correctement. Un incontournable de Nashville !

Wow! This Bakehouse is the trifecta of perfection: amazing food and drinks, a cute, bustling atmosphere, and the friendliest staff who want to take care of you. I was in town for the weekend to spend time with a friend and she took me here because she knew they had gluten free baked goods. We didn't know that ALL of their baked goods were gluten free!!!! I was tempering my expectations when I walked in because the cupcakes were GORGEOUS, and I thought there might be one sad, gf option--but NO!! All of the options are gf!!! I had to try two: pumpkin spice and lavendar vanilla. My friend had the carrot cake. We LOVED the cupcakes. The cake was moist and flavorful (not dry and crumbly as can sometimes be the case with gf) for all three. The frosting was generous in amount, smooth in texture, and worth eating every bit of it - and I dont typically care too much about frosting. Get here. Now. Whether you have a gluten allergy. My friend who has no allergy to gluten and loves a baked good, agreed that these cupcakes were delicious!! Recommend.
