I was passing through PDX and love that Portland Coffee Roasters carries a wide selection of your pastries. I usually grab more than one because my options are usually limited. This morning I had the chance to try the Orange Olive Oil Pound Cake and it is pure magic. It was so fluffy that I double checked it was gluten free. The crunchy sugar was a perfect pairing. I enjoy all of your treats but this one takes the cake (pun intended) in my book. Thanks for delivering consistently delightful gluten free treats. ❤️

Boulangerie 100% sans gluten avec une qualité et des saveurs incroyables ! Nous cherchions le parfait tiramisu sans gluten et nous l'avons enfin trouvé ici. Nous avons dû revenir pour des secondes et des tierces et avons finalement eu une table pleine de desserts ! Le cinnamon roll et le cupcake à la crème d'orange étaient de proches seconds au tiramisu, et j'ai hâte de goûter à leurs saveurs saisonnières tournantes la prochaine fois.

Des produits de boulangerie absolument célestes ! Ma première visite a eu lieu un samedi après-midi tardif, et les choix étaient maigres, comme on peut s'y attendre dans une boulangerie populaire. Pour cette visite, nous sommes arrivés à 9h un vendredi, et il y avait plein de choix. Je dis 'il y avait', car j'ai presque tout vidé. Bon, pas vraiment. Mais tout a l'air incroyable et ce gâteau au café, à la citrouille et au sirop d'érable est fantastique. Je ne peux pas croire qu'il soit sans gluten ! Je ne suis pas encore habitué à la maladie cœliaque, donc je me souviens des bonnes pâtisseries à base de blé. Ce gâteau pourrait rivaliser avec les meilleures des meilleures. Je vais garder les 5 autres douceurs pour plus tard. (Dès 11h, brunch, thé de l'après-midi, dessert, gourmandise nocturne !) Je suis amoureux !

Experience/Environment: Super cute. From the outside, the building has an old school vibe but there’s something about the windows and the angle of the building that I appreciate. It adds personality before you even walk in. Price: Dietary restrictions cost money. I’ll just leave it at that lol. Food: Everything is GF. I got a bunch of things so get ready… Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake: light fluffy, lemon “frost” on top was a banger. The cake wasn’t too sweet so it was the perfect paired with the flavor of the frosting. Lemon Twinkle Cookie: edges were crunchy to the soft but firm cookie. Lemon flavor was definitely apparent but there was also an almond flavor in there to me. Peanut Butter Power Bar: I refrigerated it overnight and pulled it out to snack on during my walk. It kind of just fell apart, which is fine. So I understand why it’s saran wrapped. You can taste the peanut butter, brown sugar, oats. I would’ve preferred the consistency be more granola bar esk but that’s a personal preference. Chocolate Chip Cookie: Delish. Chocolate was rich and balanced well with the cookie. Peach Coffee Cake: Consistency and flavor to perfection. One of our favorites. If you like coffee cakes and peach flavor, try this. ASAP. Honestly overall, everything was incredible. I only wish I was able to eat it all in a timely manner. After 2 days, quality starts to go naturally so 3 days shelf life max is what I’d recommend. Service: All the bags that the treats came in say “I’m a gem” which made me smile. Lol. Love a good pun. Especially when it’s cute. Everyone was super nice. It was great. NTT [[Next Time Try]]: Lemon bar. I love lemon, can you tell? I was distracted with all the other treats I didn’t order anything in the fridge case. But I’ll be back :)

J'ai rencontré un ami ici et j'ai adoré ! J'ai commandé un sandwich de petit-déjeuner aux œufs avec du cream cheese et un latte, et nous avons partagé un roulé à la cannelle, tout était délicieux. Le personnel était très amical et accueillant. Super endroit pour les friandises sans gluten !
