Arrived at 7:15pm (the time our table was booked for) and didn’t get drinks until almost 8pm. Despite being told that a a lactose intolerance would be catered for, the restaurant were very unaccommodating, simply saying that I was unable to have a starter, until we argued this and was given a salad. Service took so long that there was only one dessert choice left, and then they charged us for a coffee which we had instead of dessert (which contained lactose). Poor service, staff that didn’t care and this tainted our experience of this resort. This review is specific to the poor staff working on 8th January 2026, as we had been previously in the week and it was fine.
