Wow, j'ai eu un de leurs muffins au citron. Tellement bon. Par le passé, je n'étais pas fan des produits de boulangerie sans gluten, mais celui-ci était très bon. La boutique elle-même est très mignonne, agréable, propre et accueillante. J'adore voir les boutiques dans le centre-ville de Springfield.

Je conduis généralement jusqu'à Portland pour de bonnes pâtisseries sans gluten, mais plus maintenant!! Cet endroit était charmant et le personnel était si amical et bien informé sur les allergènes!! Vous allez adorer cet endroit !!

Such a nice place! Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Great selection of treats and as with any dedicated gluten-free establishment, it is so refreshing to be able to eat whatever I like here with no worries! I got the cheesecake, lemon bar, and apple cider donut muffin and my goodness they were all incredible. No sandy texture. Perfectly moist. They're so delicious I'd be afraid they weren't gluten-free if I didn't know they came from a dedicated facility! So glad to have Estelle in town!

I’ve been wanting to try Estelle since it opened, and when I saw on their Instagram they were doing holiday cookie boxes I couldn’t resist! Every single cookie was Devine, and no one would have known they were gluten free if I hadn’t said so. The flavors, textures, and look were all 10/10 for gluten free baked goodies. Rachel stayed right till closing on Christmas Eve so I could grab them and was warm and kind during the hand off. I didn’t stay to eat, but it’s so comfy and cute in there. The kind of place that feels as good as everything tastes. Highly recommend for anyone - those who avoid gluten AND those who don’t. You won’t notice! Can’t wait to try more - bread, cakes, brownies…if they’re anything like the cookies I’ll be a happy lady!
