TLDR: Amazing! Quality, Vibes, Service. Great for a semi formal/semi casual dinner, date, or night out. Worth the medium price for a nicer sit down dinner. I recommend the tan tan ramen. 😩🤌 I was super hungry and didn't eat until dinner, so I got a lot to eat! Walking in, I thought they had some funny signs and loved the decor and the warm relaxing lighting. They had on some groovy music and the tables weren't sticky. It seems the staff can speak English & Japanese, so I'm very lucky. I read in other reviews that the ramen was excellent so I was stoked to try it! I first ordered a ginger ale, the garlic mushrooms appetizer, and the sesame tan tan ramen. The ginger ale seemed like it was really high quality and not too sweet. The garlic mushrooms appetizer was a good portion for one or a few people. It was very fragrant as soon as it touched the table and the butter wasn't melting until it touched the skillet, but after that it was very rich, savory, and delicious. The sesame tan tan ramen was spicy enough for a nice kick but not enough to knock you out. The ramen was VERY creamy, so it was difficult to pull on some of the noodles, but I think it's a small price to pay for one of the best vegan ramens I've had since moving to Japan. This was perfect for a cold day. Still hungry, I ordered the cream mushroom pasta. It was also very delicious. The vegan cheese was very creamy and seemed like there was some depth to it with great texture. This was also beautifully fragrant. Lastly, I ended the meal with the sweet potato cream brulee and a coffee. The crisp sound hitting the brulee was perfect and it was a great size for a single or a couple to enjoy. The coffee paired well with dessert. It was divine! The staff were very attentive and it wasn't "cheap" but I think it's worth it and the price is affordable or approachable depending on how you choose to dine. Everything was very high quality and of course vegan and gluten free. Amazing! I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again! Thank you for the delicious meal and experience! 🙇🏻‍♀️
