Staff are extremely Rude ! Which is such a shame as the food is good .They have great gluten free options even a separate area in the kitchen to prepare but the attitude of the staff was appalling.When asking about gluten free sever was rude which doesn’t make sense as they have a good menu for coeliacs! Like everything was an inconvenience it wasn’t only us who thought this we could hear other people at their tables saying that was a bit rude when interacting with staff . We asked for a receipt as normal when u eat somewhere and it was an inconvenience I said don’t worry as at this point we just wanted to leave and could see they were having problems with card machine they said no wait .I said don’t worry even till receipt is fine instead of Visa and I was met with rudeness saying I know that’s what I am doing and then clenched his hands in anger and converted with staff member beside him . We got our receipt. I have worked in hospitality myself and never in my wildest dreams would I think of treating people this way so passive aggressive and rude . Shame as the place is lovely and food is good .
