Large Superior room, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet, close location to Latin Quarter We stayed for 4 nights in a Superior King Room and were very happy with the size of the room and the room facing the courtyard with apartment homes; even though we didn’t have a great view, at least it was a quiet location! The room offered plenty of space for luggage, clothes and toiletries in the bathroom. The furniture of the rooms aren't modern but clean and functional; the furniture/decor is more along the selection you would find at a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was generous and the staff of 3 were working hard to constantly refill! The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the hotel bar to have a drink in the evening. Bonus: the restaurant prepared a gluten-free lunch to go for me when I needed it! This was greatly appreciated! The harbor itself was a bit disappointing as I had imagined it a bit more glamorous and lively! The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the Latin Quarter, river walks and some of the sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. Compared to other 4-star hotels we stayed at during our Ireland trip, we feel that this hotel compares to a 3-star hotel.
