We came here because the place advertises itself as very celiac-friendly, but honestly the experience was pretty bad. They didn’t have the gluten-free fried mushrooms, which was the main reason we came, but okay, this can happen. When I asked for a gluten-free beer, the maître had no idea what I meant. I even showed him the one on the menu, but he brought me a regular beer with gluten. When I asked if it was gluten-free, he insisted it was the one I showed him - it wasn’t. Later on, I asked one of the younger staff (who were clearly new, but at least nice and trying their best) who double-checked and finally brought me the right beer. Then came the pasta. I obviously ordered gluten-free, but they served me a normal plate. If I hadn’t asked before eating, I would’ve been really sick. They redid it, but by then the whole situation felt unsafe. Service overall was slow and we felt ignored most of the time. The maître especially had a bad attitude, both towards us and towards his young staff, which didn’t help at all.
